Returns & Refunds

We hope that you love your purchase from Petal & Pad, however we understand that sometimes you may wish to return items. 

 

If you would like to make a return, please notify us within 14 days of receipt of your item(s).  Goods must then be returned to us within 28 days of receiving your delivery, undamaged and in their original packaging with the returns slip completed for a full refund (excluding original delivery fees).

 

Our returns address will be emailed along with a returns slip when a refund has been requested.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Unfortunately we do not offer a free returns service. To return an item please contact your local post office or a courier of your choice.

The cost of postage is your responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing. We are unable to refund any postage costs.

Please check all items upon receipt of delivery. If there are any breakages, faults or discrepancies then you must notify us within 24 hours.  We are unable to replace or refund any items if we are notified outside of this time frame. 

Items must be return in their original, unused condition. Items not returned in their original packaging will not be refunded. 

Please obtain a proof of postage for your return. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

We do not offer exchanges.

If any item was purchased with a discount code, then we will only refund the amount that you paid (not the full price item).

Once the goods have been received and inspected your refund will be processed within 5 working days of receipt.

 

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If any items are faulty or damaged, please email us at hello@petalandpad.co.uk within 24 hours of receipt of delivery. Please include a photograph of the item and a description of the fault/damage. We will then be able to discuss a replacement or refund for you. 

Please DO NOT send any faulty/damaged items back to us without contacting us first. 

 

OTHER IMPORTANT RETURNS INFORMATION

We cannot be responsible for any interest charges made by your credit card company whilst waiting for returns to be refunded to your credit card.

All refunds will be processed in GBP and may take up to 5 days to clear in your account.
